OUR STRATEGY TO MEET THE CHALLENGES
The CLT will hold land in trust for future generations, thus stripping out a layer of cost to own or rent a home.
We will continue to form multi-agency partnerships with relevant bodies with the aim to design and build affordable and attainable homes which meet local peoples specific and various needs.
We will use long-term, cost-efficient building methods and sustainable materials.
We will source funds from organisations, grants, loans, share offers, fundraising, gift-aiding and donations.
